I’m very excited to have lost 13.5 lbs on this 8 week program! I work a lot of hours and used that as my reason to not get active and lose the weight. This program is perfect for me because it gives you the tools you need but the flexibility to execute when your schedule allows. That made sticking with this a breeze! I even had a vacation planned one of the weeks – I kept up the best I could on what I ate but still had the usual vaca drinks and meals, skipped the workouts but was able to stick to the walking portion – and still lost weight!

As I get older I find it more difficult to get the results that I want. Although I workout religiously/faithfully, I needed something more to help me. I have been following Theresa on social media for quite some time so I was very interested in her program! I found that I wasn’t eating enough overall or getting enough protein in my diet. I also learned sometimes less is more when it comes to working out - and efficiency matters! I also learned that stress management is a key component of overall health. I liked that one of the of the parts to the program was to walk daily for an hour or at least move more throughout your day. I am still keeping up with my daily walks and it has helped me tremendously clear my mind! I am still utilizing all of her tools, months and months later, and I am still continuing to get great results. From July to October I lost 3% body fat and gained 2lbs of muscle per an InBody result. And from mid October to mid November I have continued to lose more body fat and gain muscle. The process is not instant gratification and it does take time, but I am super happy with how much it has helped me.
I have so many health issues I wasn't sure this would work but needed to lose some weight. Theresa really helped me with this program! I have been repeating the lessons on my own for six weeks now and I'm still losing weight. I'm down 15 pounds so far and have lost several more inches as well! Immediately upon registration, you will receive an overview of the course materials and instructions on how to set up your environment and your mindset for success.
You will then receive weekly tutorials focusing on one topic so the coursework and your knowledge build progressively throughout the 8 weeks with access to a private support group to ask questions and reiterate the weekly lessons.
Metabolic workouts are provided each week with video demonstrations and written instructions.
You will also have an opportunity for one of two weekly ZOOM calls with a personal coach to really drive the material home and help with individual accountability.
Access to your course materials and the support group will be ongoing for you to repeat the course indefinitely.
